AmeyZoo does not accept any responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise
of advertisements or for any transactions arising between readers as a
result of advertisements on this Web site. No Dialogue will be entered
into.
Point of Law
It is an offence to sell or offer to buy or sell most wild birds and
animals dead or alive, without a license or exemption from the DoE (Department
of the Environment).
Important Notice
Prospective purchasers of wild animals should contact their local authorities
with a view to obtaining a license under the dangerous wild animals act
1976. The DoE will provide a list of animals covered by the act and a
list of endangered animals that need exemption papers and in some cases
microchip. All advertisements must state whether DWA (Dangerous Wild Animals)
license is required.
AmeyZoo reserves the right to edit advertisements or refuse/delete advertisements
without the right of appeal.
